I guide real estate developments, urban development schemes and infrastructure projects through every project phase, from securing the site through competition and land-use planning to the building permit or plan approval procedure (Planfeststellung), and defend them against third-party actions. I put stalled and distressed projects back on a sound legal footing. For developers, owners, financing partners and municipalities.

Legal Project Management

Embedded in the interdisciplinary project team, I manage all contracts, proceedings, permits, deadlines and legal risks of a real estate, urban development or infrastructure project across its entire duration — as legal project lead alongside management. This applies to new ventures as much as to distressed projects and portfolios.

Fundamental Rights and Defence against State Interference

A state measure must be lawful and proportionate. If it is not, I challenge it — from the hearing before the authority to proceedings before the Federal Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
